Posting on behalf of Swapnopuron Welfare Society : This Rakshabandhan Swapnopuron Welfare Society has launched a unique campaign to celebrate the bond of love and education by supporting education of 450 girl children from underprivileged backgrounds. You can sponsor a girl child @Rs 12000 a year.The foundation of Swapnopuron Welfare Society (SWS) can be traced back to 2012 when Satarupa Majumder, a passionate teacher from Kolkata, visited Hingalganj in the Sundarbans. Witnessing the lack of educational opportunities and the struggles faced by underprivileged children, Satarupa's dream to bring education to this remote region was ignited. The mission of Swapnopuron Welfare Society (SWS) is to empower children with holistic, quality education and to create a safe fair community through building knowledge and livelihoods.
